How does buying tech with crypto work here?
You choose an item, or ask for one, and pay in crypto. When the network confirms the payment, we buy the item new on your behalf, check it, and ship it to you. The order page shows each step and the tracking number.
What is the service fee?
Each price is the item cost plus 12 percent and a flat handling fee of 9 dollars. The product page shows the item price and our fee as two lines. The fee covers the conversion from crypto, buying and checking the item, packing, and support.
What does the parcel look like?
Every order ships in a plain outer box with no store name and no description of the contents, and the sender line on the label is a plain name. The courier still needs a name and an address that will get the parcel to you.
Is the item new?
Every item is bought new and sealed. Items carry the maker's own warranty, and we pass on the purchase details if the maker asks for them.
Do you need my phone number?
No. It is optional at checkout. Couriers use it to reach you if a delivery fails, so leaving it out can mean a missed delivery waits at a depot instead.
How long do I have to send the payment?
1 hour. The amount and the address are fixed for that time and the page counts down. A payment that lands later is matched to your order by hand, which takes longer. If you sent nothing, nothing is charged.
What if I send the wrong amount or use the wrong network?
Coins sent on a different network than the one shown cannot be recovered by anyone, including us, so compare the network label with your wallet before you confirm. If a transfer is slightly short or over, the order pauses and a person contacts you with the options.
Can you buy something that is not in the shop?
Yes. Send a name or a link and where it should ship. We reply with a fixed quote covering the item, our fee and shipping, valid for seven days and paid through the same checkout.
How long until it ships?
Most items ship within 2 to 5 business days of payment, depending on stock at the seller. The order page shows each stage and the tracking number.
What are the return and warranty terms?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened devices are covered by the maker's warranty. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty. Refunds are paid in crypto to an address you give us.
Do I need an account, and what do you store?
No account. We keep the order and your delivery details while we fulfil it, then erase the name, street address and phone number 90 days after delivery. We run no analytics scripts and do not log IP addresses.
