# How it works

What happens between choosing something and opening the plain box, and how long each part usually takes.

## You choose, or you ask

Browse the [shop](/shop) for phones, headphones, consoles, watches, tablets, cameras, hardware wallets and security keys. If what you want is not there, [ask us for it](/request). We look for it and send a fixed price, which holds for 7 days.

## You pay, in your own time

At checkout you choose one of 20 coins, give us an address for the parcel, and leave an email or Telegram handle in case we need you. A phone number is optional. You then have 1 hour to pay the amount on your receipt to the address beside it. The page follows your payment by itself, and your receipt code is all you need to return to it.

## We buy it for you

Once the payment confirms, we buy the item new and sealed and check it before it goes anywhere. That usually takes 1 to 4 working days, depending on the seller's stock.



## We send it plainly

The outer box is plain. It carries no store name and nothing about what is inside, and the sender line on the label is simply a name. The tracking number appears with your order as the parcel leaves. The courier then needs roughly 2 to 5 working days inside the US, and 8 to 16 for places further away. Prices for each region are on the [shipping page](/shipping).

## Afterwards

90 days after delivery, we erase your name, address and phone number. If anything is not right, write to [contact@buytechwithcrypto.com](mailto:contact@buytechwithcrypto.com) with your receipt code, and a person will answer.
